the staff was friendly and the location was pretty close to most sites. it was also next to the bus stand and metro stop.
they didn't provide any fresh towels. they stated that thry only provide after three days.

Great location
The location was exemplary as it was steps from the Barberini terminal. The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.
The light in the shower was out, a socket was hanging out of the wall, the overhead light didn't work, and the walls were dirty. Additionally, our towels were only changed once during our 10 day stay after I requested it, we were told they'd be changed every three days though. I also wish the breakfast had been offered earlier or a bag option was available like other hotels. The elevator was also broken on our last day and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs because no staff are available before 7:30 am.
